Policies

 

Check In

Check In is between 3:00 and 6:00. If you will have a late arrival please contact innkeepers so arrangements can be made.

Check Out

Check Out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation

A small bed and breakfast inn such as ours is greatly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. We require 10 day notice of cancellation prior to the day of arrival. If you must cancel within 10 days and your reservation is not re-booked, you will be charged for the full reservation. If more than one room is booked, or your stay is during holidays & events, then 30 day notice is required or the full reservation will be charged unless the room(s) can be filled. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee. 

Pets

For the comfort of other guests, pets are not allowed.

Children

Children over the age of twelve can be accommodated in Lucretia suite only.

Smoking

Smoking not allowed indoors. Outdoor smoking areas are available.

Wifi

Wireless internet is available throughout the property.
